We want to help you 'plan with the END in mind'...in other words... this exercise is not specifically writing down GOALS... but more writing down, and thinking WHERE you want to be in a year from now. this is how we can get our subconscious minds working for us...and helping to motivate us through the whole year ... creating GOALS that will be bits and pieces that will add up to get us WHERE we want to BE in 12 months!
