- Items are shipped within 1-3 business days. Digital goods are delivered via email and also available by logging into your account. Digital and physical goods are processed when full payment has been completed. Physical goods are shipped via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Timeframes are dependent upon the carrier. House of 3 is not responsible for lost, misrouted, or damaged goods that are the result of the carrier.

- Returns & Replacements
- Digital downloads are non-refundable and cannot be returned due to their digital nature. Physical items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If for some reason the items you ordered are damaged or are incorrect House of 3 will replace them free of charge.
